Exclusively available for FREE to runners travelling with us to a World Marathon Major race, the plan gives runners access to weekly running workouts, runner specific strength & conditioning plans and webinars on nutrition, injury prevention, breathing techniques etc.  You can also join our online community to share and receive updates about the races and training progress.
